In March 2022, as part of our ‘Outstanding’ inspection, Ofsted found that ‘the board of directors brings a vast range of skills and expertise in further education and special educational needs and/or disabilities. The directors expertly use their skills to provide strategic direction, challenge and support to leaders’.
To support our present, and future strategic aims, we are looking to further expand the diversity and vast skillset of our Board of Directors. We currently have a vacancy for an individual with finance and/or business expertise to join the team.
The right candidate must have a careful eye for detail to help assist with monitoring financial records on a regular basis, and will need to be committed to ensuring the long-term secure future of our College through key strategic financial planning and review. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience with managing a budget, working within regulatory bodies financial frameworks, accounting and forward projection. Experience in raising funds through charity bids would also be desirable.
